Information:   On Monday, February 6th, 2012, at approximately 10:05pm, the Green Lake County Communications Center received a call concerning a burglary in progress. Members of the Dalton Fire Department, having concluded a meeting, observed suspicious activity in a building near the firehouse.

   Green Lake Sheriff units and Markesan Police responded to the scene. During the response, Dalton Fire officials obtained keys from a vehicle in the area. Upon law enforcement arrival, two subjects fled on foot and one other was taken into custody. Illegal entry to the building and the removal of some items was confirmed including a sign from a local Cemetery.

   Approximately 90 minutes after the initial call, a traffic stop was conducted by a Green Lake County Sheriff's Deputy on Cth.EE. This stop resulted in the apprehension of the two suspects who had fled earlier.

   The three suspects involved are all female, ages 16, 17, and 18, and are from the Pardeeville area. The investigation into this matter continues, however, potential charges may include burglary/criminal trespass, possession of drug paraphernalia, and underage alcohol operation and consumption.
