The following names are of the involved concerning the Friday, 09/16/11, fatal traffic crash on Sth.23 in Green Lake County;
1) Cody T. Baker, age 22, of Green Lake, Wisonsin --- Deceased
Vehicle: 2005 Ford Freestar Van
2) James T. Morris Jr., age 20, of Ripon, Wisconsin --- Injured
Vehicle: 1999 GMC Serria Truck
Foul play is not suspected in this fatal crash.

Information: On Friday, September 16, 2011 at 8:07 a.m. Green Lake County E911 Communications Center received a report of a personal injury crash. The location of the crash was reported to be on STH 23 east of Sunnyside Road in the Township of Brooklyn, Green Lake County. Emergency responders and Law Enforcement were sent.
Sheriff's Deputies arrived on scene and found a two vehicle crash with two injured victims. One victim was unresponsive and required extracation.
Investigation of the scene revealed that a Ford mini-van driven by a lone male was traveling eastbound on STH 23 when it crossed the centerline striking a GMC truck which was traveling westbound on STH 23.
The driver of the mini-van was pronounced deceased at the scene and the driver of the truck was transported to an area hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Units responding to the scene were the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office, Green Lake Police Department, Wisconsin State Patrol, Green Lake/Brooklyn Fire Department and First Responders, Ripon
Ambulance, Green Lake County Highway Department and Coroner's Office.
This incident remains under investigation by the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office and the Wisconsin State Patrol Crash Reconstruction Team.
Victim's name is being withheld due to notification of family.
