The Green Lake County Health Department has scheduled the 2010-2011 seasonal flu vaccine clinics.
(Last Updated 11/24/10)
The Center for Disease Control and Prevention recommends flu shots for anyone ages 6 months and up. Children are great germ spreaders and are vulnerable to colds, flu and other viruses since they come into contact with so many other children at daycare and school. The best protection is getting a flu shot.
Vaccines are available for free to children age 18 and under, including the flu mist while supplies last. Cost for adults is $30 unless you bring your Medicare, Medicaid or Forward card to the clinic. For questions, call 920-294-4070.
December scheduled immunization clinics:Dec. 21 - Green Lake DHHS - 4:30 - 5:30 p.m.
If you have any questions, please contact the Green Lake County Department of Health & Human Services at (920)294-4070 or 1-800-664-3588 and ask for someone in the Health Unit. Documents
