Address: Sth.49 at Cth.J, Township of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, Wisconsin.

Information: On Wednesday, September 9th, 2009, 3:02pm, the Green Lake County Sheriff's Emergency 911 Center received a call concerning a two vehicle crash.  The crash was reported to be at the intersection of Sth.49 and Cth.J within the Township of Brooklyn, Green Lake County, Wisconsin.

Citizens traveling the area at the time of the crash, and witnesses to the crash, assisted in removing a male party from a vehicle which was on fire as a result of the crash.

Emergency units arriving at the scene treated and subsequently transported three injured parties to the Berlin Memorial Hospital.  At the Berlin Hospital a 19 year old Princeton male passed away due to his injuries.

Evidence at the scene, and witness statements, indicate that a vehicle involved in the crash entered the intersection of Sth.49/Cth.J and traveled into the path of a truck headed South on Sth.49.

Responding emergency units were the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office, Berlin Police Department, Green Lake Police Department, Green Lake Brooklyn Fire/Rescue, Brooklyn First Responders, Ripon Guardian Ambulance, and the Green Lake County Coroners Office.

The name of the deceased and the injured will be released after an appropriate notice to family.  This incident remains under investigation by the Green Lake County Sheriff's Office and the Green Lake County Coroners Office.
