Updated as of 2/10/10

H1N1 Vaccine Now Available for Everyone

H1N1 vaccine is now available to anyone 6 months of age and up.

Green Lake County Public Health Nurses have H1N1 vaccine available to everyone.  Please call and schedule an appointment at one of the monthly clinics.  The vaccine is for all ages and they are free. Any child under age 10 who received their first dose can get their booster dose at this clinic as long as 21 days have passed since the first dose. Also, if you are a business and have at least 10 employees who are interested in getting HINI shots, contact us and we can arrange a clinic at your worksite. There is no charge for this service. Call 920-294-4070 to schedule a worksite clinic or if you have any questions.

The Green Lake County Health Department has limited seasonal flu vaccine ages 6 months thru adults. Please call for an appointment. Otherwise, you can contact CHN Clinics (361-1313), or check with your doctor's office, Walgreens, etc. and see if they have the vaccine available.

To find a flu clinic near you, call 211 or go to wisconsinfluclinic.info. You can also check Green Lake County’s website at www.co.green-lake.wi.us and get the most up to date clinic schedule.
