Health & Human Services - Aging/Long Term Care Unit

    Green Lake County has a vacancy for a full-time Aging & Disability Resource Center Coordinator within the Health & Human Services Department. Coordinates requirements of the Aging & Disabilities Resource Center (ADRC), serving Green Lake, Marquette and Waushara counties. Manages the day-to-day operations and oversees ADRC personnel functions/activities of the ADRC in order to achieve the goals that support the mission. Must have a Bachelors Degree in Health or Human Services or related field with 3-5 years case management/administrative experience working in Long Term Care, Aging, health care, human services and/or public programs and have a valid driver's license. Starting wage is $22.67 per hour. Excellent fringe benefits. Successful applicant will be required to undergo County-paid physical exam and drug screen prior to final appointment.
